Premier Alliance Group has established a variety of employee benefit programs designed to assist our employees and their dependents in meeting their indivudual needs. All full-time employees working over 30 hours per week are eligible for coverage in the medical/dental plans. Benefits are funded at a minimum of 80% for salaried employees and generous allocations are made for their eligible dependents. Eligibility is the first day of the month following 30 days of active employment. Other salaried benefits are listed below.Hourly employes have the option to purchase medical/dental group benefits for themselves and their dependents. Hourly employees are also eligible for participation in the following benefit options: 401K Plan, Flexible Spending Account, Section 529 College Savings Plan, Employee Referral Bonus, and Direct Deposit.
