Our Benefits


Premier Alliance Group has established a variety of employee benefit programs designed to assist our employees and their dependents in meeting their indivudual needs. All full-time employees working over 30 hours per week are eligible for coverage in the medical/dental plans.  Benefits are funded at a minimum of 80% for salaried employees and generous allocations are made for their eligible dependents. Eligibility is the first day of the month following 30 days of active employment. Other salaried benefits are listed below.

Hourly employes have the option to purchase medical/dental group benefits for themselves and their dependents. Hourly employees are also eligible for participation in the following benefit options: 401K Plan, Flexible Spending Account, Section 529 College Savings Plan, Employee Referral Bonus, and Direct Deposit.

     
      Group Health Insurance (Aetna)
     Open Access HMO
Medical Co-Pays:  Primary - $35; Specialist - $50
Individual Deductible: $2000
Family Deductible: $4000
Co-Insurance: 80% in Network
Prescription Drugs: $15, $35, $50 (Three tier plan) & mail order option
Vision
 In those geographical areas where the Open Access HMO Plan is not offered, a comparable Managed Choice Open Access Plan is offered.
  
      Dental Insurance (CompanionLife)
     100% Preventive care, 80% basic, 50% major
Orthodontia 50% - $1500 maximum
$50 Individual Deductible; $150 maximum Family Deductible
      Cafeteria Plan (Pre-tax flexible spending accounts) (Discovery)
     Up to $3,500/yr for out-of-pocket medical expenses
Up to $5,000/yr for dependent care expenses
      Section 529 College Savings Plan (Fidelity)
     State qualified savings plan for tax-deferred college savings

     Exempt staff receive compensation for billable hours worked in excess of the monthly billable requirement

     25 paid days off a year (vacation, holiday & sick days) with 1-3 years with Premier
30 paid days off a year (vacation, holiday & sick days) with 4-6 years with Premier
