Engagement Plan:

1.	Manage multiple conversion projects for the call center which supported clients and agents for the merged companies.
2.	Concurrently manage infrastructure projects and IT support for new product deployments.
3.	Manage and coordinate a complete SDLC including project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution and control, deployment, and close out.

Solution:

1.	Introduced an iterative development approach to focus resources to meet budget and due dates, and developed a deployment model which included onshore and offshore resources.
2.	Created reusable templates and macro-driven Excel reports for the PMO to focus team efforts and rapidly report results.
3.	Reported project progress, tracked and managed risks and issues to resolution, and instituted process management that estimated techniques for improved team performance.
